A Little Something

Today is a rest day from lifting. That doesn't mean I can't do a little something. 

Light Stretches.

Stationary Bike - 11 minutes. 

Light Stretches. 

Stationary Bike (harder level) - 11 minutes. 

Lots of Stretches. 

My mobility is getting much better.
