Stationary Bike - 20 minutes (higher resistance).
Alternate 2 sets each exercise
OH Band Squats - 6 sets/12 reps/bw.
NG Bench Press - 6 sets/12 reps/135lbs.
High Cable Rows - 6 sets/12 reps/45kg.
Definitely got my sweat on. Now it's time to get ready for work.
