Squats (knee sleeves, squat shoes and belt) - bar/12 reps, 135lbs/6 reps, 225lbs/3 reps, 315lbs/2 reps, 365lbs/1 rep, 385lbs/1 rep, 405lbs/1 rep.
My diet is going great! This morning I weighed 345lbs. I already feel a big difference.
