Pre Trip Training

Tomorrow morning I'm going to visit my parents for almost a month. I'll be getting a membership at a local gym but it will be tough training away from my home gym.

Stationary Bike - 10 minutes. 

Extensive Stretches. 

Squats - 2 sets/8 reps/bar, 135lbs/6 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 3 sets/3 reps/315lbs.


Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 3 sets/3 reps/315lbs.


It's a cool and rainy day. Just taking my time and focusing on technique. Still feeling good.
