Stationary Bike

My ass must be toughened up. Time on the bike seat is getting easier. I set another personal record today.

Light Stretches. 

Stationary Bike - 15 minutes. 

Stretches. 

Stationary Bike - 15 minutes. 

Stretches. 

Stationary Bike - 10 minutes. 

Stretches. 

Stationary Bike - 5 minutes. 

Really good cardio.
