Stationary Bike - 10 minutes.
Leg Swings and Stretches.
Squats - 2 sets/8 reps/bar, 135lbs/8 reps, 3 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 2 sets/8 reps/225lbs, 225lbs/10 reps.
Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 2 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 2 sets/8 reps/225lbs.
Surprisingly I felt drained and flat during the Bench Press. I'm fine with what I did. Time for a shower, go home and eat.
