Death By 3's

I had no idea how today would finish until it was over. Death By 3's.

Stationary Bike - 10 minutes. 

Extensive Stretches.

Buffalo Bar Squats - 100lbs/10 reps, 170lbs/8 reps, 6 sets/8 reps/240lbs.


Buffalo Bar Bench Press - 100lbs/10 reps, 170lbs/8 reps, 6 sets/8 reps/240lbs.


Trap Bar Deadlifts - 4 sets/8 reps/240lbs.


Here's what I mean about Death By 3's.

3 hour workout,

Just over 30,000lbs working sets volume. 

33°C temperature.

Time fore dinner. Time to fuel this beast.
