Bike and Stretches

Taking a little break today but not doing nothing. 

Stationary Bike - 20 minutes +10 minutes. 

Stretches.

Yesterday was tough but I loved every minute of it. I also loved the Pizza then Ice cream as post workout nutrition. Back on track today.
