Light Stretches.
Stationary Bike - 10 minutes.
Tire Deadlifts - 2 sets/6 reps/165lbs, 235lbs/6 reps, 2 sets/6 reps/325lbs, 415lbs/6 reps, 505lbs/1 rep, 325lbs/6 reps.
High Cable Rows - 2 sets/12 reps/45kg.
After the first set at 325lbs the sky opened up and it poured like crazy. Of course I had to keep going. After the rain the humidity was off the charts. That plus my mitts were hurting.
Anyway, I'm happy with today's performance.
