Eventhough the weather is much nicer today and the garage door is open my motivation sucks. I feel fat and lazy. Mechanically I'm good but psychologically I feel like crap. It took a while to convince myself to Squat tonight and I played with the set/rep scheme a bit. It seemed to work alright and the work got did.
Leg Swings.
Stationary Bike - 5 minutes.
Leg Swings and Stretches.
Squats (no sleeves, no belt) - 2 sets/6 reps/bar, 2 sets/6 reps/135lbs, 2,4,6,8,10,8,6,4,2 reps/225lbs.
Watching the video my form is still pretty good. Feeling like yuck! Finished up with the bike.
