Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 6 sets/12 reps/225lbs.
High Cable Rows - 6 sets/12 reps/40kg.
OH Plate Ext - 2 sets/25 reps/45lbs.
Feeling stiff and sore from volume Squats but better for benching. My diet is still going crazy. Oh well, something to work on this summer. Today's soundtrack brought to you by Judas Priest!!!
