Fat Man Cardio

What a gorgeous day yesterday. I brought out some toys onto the driveway and enjoyed the sunshine while getting some training. 

Stationary Bike - 10 minutes. 
Light Stretches. 

Superset the following:

Tire Deadlifts - 165lbs/5 sets/6,7,8,9,10 reps.
Slam Ball - 6kg/5 sets/6,7,8,9,10 reps.
Sledgehammer - 17lbs/5 sets/6,7,8,9,10 reps (per side).
Goblet Squats - 35lbs/5 sets/6,7,8,9,10 reps.


Stationary Bike - 10 minutes. 

One rotation through then rest long enough to bring the heart rate down. Total of five times through. These were tough but felt really good.
