Bench Press

The weather is turning cold again tonight and staying that way up until Wednesday. Time to get some presses done.

Light Stretches. 

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 6 sets/8 reps/225lbs. (AMRAP last set, 12 reps)

High Cable Rows - 2 sets/12 reps/35kg, 2 sets/12 reps/40kg, 2 sets/12 reps/45kg.

Lying Dumbbell Flys - 3 sets/12 reps/40lbs.

Not really sore after the fun yesterday. Funny how I always feel better after beating myself up.
