Squats... Sorta

My fitness is crap lately. I'm way over weight and my cardiovascular fitness is garbage. My conclusion is that it is extremely difficult to be strong if you are not physically fit at least to a certain degree. Motivation is dwindling and I'm constantly sore. Time to rethink and regroup. Work on some overall fitness before putting weight on the bar. That doesn't mean that I can't lift. Just more volume. 

Leg Swings and Stretches. 

Squats - 2 sets/8 reps/bar, 2 sets/10 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 2 sets/4,5 reps/315lbs.


These all sucked! Form was alright but my body rejected every rep. Time to get into some kind of shape other than round.
