Medium weights today for Deadlifts. I was going to pull sumo with my figure 8 straps but it's too damn cold. -17 °C is the garage. I tried to grab the bar but it stung my fingers where they touched the bar. So, I put on some gloves. All in all a good training day considering the conditions.
Light Stretches to warm up.
Sumo Deadlifts - 2 sets/6 reps/225lbs.
Conventional Deadlifts (no belt, no straps) - 5 sets/6,6,8,6,8 reps/315lbs.
I'm happy with today.
