Flat Back Bench Press

The benefit of having this blog is so I can look back on my previous training days. With that I can training just a little harder than previous training days but not get too crazy. My last medium day I did 315lbs. From the reps I did it seemed to be a little heavy. Today I dialed back the weight but did more overall work with the number of reps performed.

Light Stretches. 
Rotator Laterals - 2 sets/20 reps/10lbs.
High Cable Rows - 35lbs/12 reps.

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/12 reps/225lbs, 5 sets/6,6,6,6,8 reps/275lbs.


High Cable Rows - 5 sets/12 reps/45lbs.
OH Plate Ext - 4 sets/30 reps/45lbs.

It's cold in the garage. -12 degC. Between sets warming up in the house. Feeling good. Diet is still good. 334.5lbs bw this morning.
