Heavy Bench Press

Yesterday I went for a walk around the neighborhood. It was cold. -28°C. I bundled up. Total time was 1hr 12 min. Just over 6km.

Another cold training session in the garage for today. -20°C. Quick sets in the garage then back into the warm house.

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/12 reps, 315lbs/3 reps, 345lbs/1 rep, 5 sets/1 rep/350lbs.


Last 350lbs I tried a double but it didn't work. First rep went up with confidence so I tried the second. Duh! Following up I did some Push Ups.

Push Ups - 4 sets/12 reps.


Of course these were done in the house. Where it's warm. Diet is still a go but I'm not losing any weight. 335lbs.
