Light Stretches.
Sumo Deadlifts - 6 sets/6 reps/225lbs.
All sets were done with an overhand grip. No straps. Also, at the beginning of every set a little time was spent working on set-up and an over-under grip. This will be practice for heavier singles. This rotation I will try some heavy sumo singles. Diet is still good however I am not losing any more weight. My protein levels are at about 200 grams a day so maybe I'm dropping fat while gaining muscle. I can only hope.
