Light Stretches.
Rotator Laterals - 10lbs/20 reps.
Bench Press (flat back and narrow grip) - 5 sets/12,12,14,12,14 reps/225lbs.
High Cable Rows - 4 sets/12 reps/45kg.
OH Plate Ext - 2 sets/20 reps/45lbs.
Feeling good and the diet is going well despite not losing any weight in the last few days. I have a theory that I'm gaining muscle where I'm losing fat. I still weight 339lbs. I'll keep at it and see what happens.
