Volume Squats

Trying not to get silly. I'm feeling good so I want to be humble and take baby steps. Same weight as the last volume day just a few more reps. Diet is still good but I haven't dropped anymore weight. Stick with it is all I can do.

Light Stretches. 

Squats - 2 sets/12 reps/bar, 2 sets/10 reps/135lbs, 5 sets/8,8,10,10,10 reps/225lbs.




It's cold today. -30 degC. Even colder with the wind chill. The thermometer in the garage reads -12 degC. Do a set then warm up in the house.
