Heavy Tire Deadlifts and Walk

My first good heavy Deadlifts in a long time. I feel really good. Yesterday was a cheat day for my diet. I enjoyed some donuts, hamburger and fries and several beers in the evening before bed. Still, the calories weren't that ridiculous. Today my calories are much better. 

Tire Deadlifts - 2 sets/10 reps/165lbs, 2 sets/10 reps/235lbs, 325lbs/6 reps, 415lbs/3 reps, 505lbs/2 reps (no belt), 505lbs/3 reps (with belt).



Hopefully my back behaves for a while and this is the start of many more heavy deadlift days.

I had to update this post to add this evening's walk. It's mild so I went for a walk with my daughter around the block. About 4.5km.
