Tire Deadlifts

My diet is going great! I've lost well over ten pounds so far. BW is 342lbs. I feel really good. A little chilly in the garage but my propane heater did it's job.

Tire Deadlifts - 3 sets/10 reps/165lbs, 2 sets/8 reps/235lbs, 5 sets/6,6,6,8,10 reps/325lbs.


High Cable Rows - 4 sets/12 reps/40kg.

I'm excited about being thinner again. I was further motivated by a buddy of mine who just celebrated his 50th Birthday. He is huge and shredded without the sauce. I have always wanted to look like that but never had the drive. This time around, I will.
