Bench Press

Let me start by saying that my diet is still on point. Today I managed some presses.

Rotator Laterals - 20 reps/10 lbs.
High Cable Rows - 20 reps/40kg.

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/12 reps/225lbs, 5 sets/6,3,4,3,3 reps/315lbs.


High Cable Rows - 4 sets/12 reps/40kg.

All solid reps. Felt good and controlled.
