Squats

The weather has been unusually mild this winter. Tonight the garage is a balmy 0 degC. Time for some Squats.

Light Stretches. 

Squats (with knee sleeves no belt) - 2 sets/10 reps/bar, 2 sets/6, 10 reps/135lbs, 3 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 3 sets/8 reps/225lbs.


Everything seems to be holding together alright. My diet and fasting is still on course day three. Steady as she goes.
