Deadlifts and Diet

Over Christmas my diet has been out of control. I am probably the heaviest bodyweight in my life. My scale tops out at 350lbs. I speculate that I weigh about 365lbs. Time for change. Yesterday I started with a 20hrs fast and only 2000 cal consumed. Today I will consume about the same. It's gonna take a while to get on course but I am very motivated. Stay tuned for further results. Starting BW 355lbs.




Today I was due for some pulls.

Light Stretches. 

Deadlifts - 6 sets/6,8,10,12,12,12 reps/225lbs.


High Cable Rows - 6 sets/12 reps/40kg.

I haven't done volume Deadlifts in a long while. These felt alright. Now time for some dinner.
