Heavy Bench Press

Diet is still on point. My protein is good and calories are low. I feel like I'm transforming. Sounds weird but that's it.

Rotator Laterals - 20 reps/10lbs.

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/8 reps/225lbs, 2 sets/3 reps/315lbs, 2 sets/1 rep/345lbs, 2 sets/2 reps/345lbs.


High Cable Rows - 4 sets/12 reps/40kg.

OH Plate Ext - 2 sets/20 reps/45lbs.

Fun and games. Feeling better.
