Rotator Laterals - 2 sets/20 reps/10lbs.
Flat Back, Narrow Grip, Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 6 sets/10 reps/225lbs.
OH Plate Press - 2 sets/20 reps/45lbs.
OH Plate Ext - 2 sets/20 reps/45lbs.
Feeling really fat because my diet is off the rails. Also, feeling mechanically healthy.
