Back

I don't know why but I felt like training just back today. Upper back with Dumbbell Rows and Lower back/lats with High Cable Rows. 

Alternate the following.

High Cable Rows - 6 sets/12 reps/40kg.
Dumbbell Rows - 6 sets/12 reps/40lbs x 2.

Feels good.
