Bulgarian Split Squats - 2 sets/8 reps, 1 set/8 reps/10 lbs, 1 sets/10 reps, 2 sets/12 reps.
BW Squats - 2 sets/12 reps.
That's it and that's all. Too hot. I'm breathing like I just went for a run. Good work out.
