Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 3 sets/12 reps/225lbs, 3 sets/12 reps/245lbs, 255lbs/14 reps.
Dumbbell Curls - 3 sets/12,14,16 reps/35lbs.
OH Plate Ext - 3 sets/20 reps/45lbs.
