Volume Bench Press

A little cooler today made for a very comfortable training day.

Lots of Stretches.

Foam Rolling.

Rotator Laterals - 4 sets/20 reps/10,10,15,215 lbs.

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 3 sets/12 reps/225lbs, 3 sets/12 reps/245lbs, 255lbs/14 reps.


Dumbbell Curls - 3 sets/12,14,16 reps/35lbs.

OH Plate Ext - 3 sets/20 reps/45lbs.

Feeling good.
