OH Press

No where near what my 5/3/1 training numbers should be right now. My back is still bothering me. But, it is getting better. 

Stretching.

Rotator Laterals - 2 sets/20 reps/10lbs.

OH Barbell Press - 2 sets/12 reps/bar.

Alternate The Following 

Military Press - 3 sets/12 reps/95lbs.
Behind Neck Press - 3 sets12 reps/95lbs.

Walk Around The Block - 25 minutes.

Feeling pretty good. Let's see how the back is tomorrow.
