Bench Press

My back is still bothering me but it feels different today. Different and better. Time for some Bench Press.

Light Stretches and Rotator Laterals. 

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 275lbs/6 reps, 275lbs/10 reps.


OH Plate Ext - 45lbs/30 reps.

Feeling better.
