Light Stretches and Shoulder Mobility.
OH Press - 2 sets/12 reps/bar, 95lbs/12 reps, 135lbs/8 reps, 155lbs/6 reps, 185lbs/5 reps, 5 sets/10 reps/115lbs.
I was supposed to do 170lbs for 1+ reps IAW the 5/3/1 program. So, 185lbs for 5 reps (missing the sixth) is kinda good. It's coldish today, -3 degC with a wind chill. The garage is right about zero. I may go for a walk. Gotta have a place for all those turkey gains to go.
