Deload Squats

What a glorious day. Finally! After a long winter I can finally open my garage door and enjoy the outdoors while I train.

Leg Swings and Stretching.

Paused Squats - 3 sets/8 reps/bar, 3 sets/6 reps/135lbs, 3 sets/6 reps/225lbs.


The pause made these a little harder than normal Squats. Working form felt great. In reality besides enjoying the outdoors while I train I also love scaring the crap out of the neighborhood.
