Standing Barbell Press

Shoulders and upper body are getting stronger. Stability and control are much better. Again the garage door is open and the glorious warm weather is motivating my training.

Shoulder Mobility.

Standing Shoulder Press - 3 sets/12 reps/bar, 115lbs/12 reps, 135lbs/12 reps, 155lbs/10 reps.


OH Plate Ext - 2 sets/20 reps/45lbs.

Slide Laterals - 10lbs/12 reps, 2 sets/12 reps/15lbs.

Barbell Curls - 3 sets/12 reps/45, 55,65lbs.

Nice. Now where's my supper?
