Deload Bench Press

I forgot to post the other day. On Monday I Benched.

Light Stretches and Shoulder Mobility.

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 4 sets/6 reps/225lbs.


Deload day is done. For Bench Press anyway.
