Deload OH Press

Wanting a good pump before BBQ for supper. A place for my gains to go.

Light Stretches and Shoulder Mobility.

Standing Shoulder Press - 2 sets/12 reps/bar, 6 sets/10 reps/115lbs.

Dumbbell Side Laterals - 3 sets/12 reps/15lbs.

Feels good. Almost time for supper.
