Leg Swings and Light Stretches.
Squats - 2 sets/6 reps/bar, 2 sets/6 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/3 reps, 370lbs/6 reps.
Stationary Bike - 5 minutes.
Squats - 135lbs/10 reps.
Stationary Bike - 6 minutes.
Squats - 135lbs/10 reps.
The garage was slightly cold and I wore shorts as to wear knee sleeves. So, I cut it short there because I was cooking down. I'm pleased. Best I've done in a while.
