Deadlifts

Still training in my favorite place in the world. Deadlifts today.

Light Stretches.

Deadlifts - 2 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 315lbs/6 reps, 365lbs/4 reps, 385lbs/6 reps.


Band Assisted Pull Ups - 5 sets/6 reps.

It's warm enough that the bands are not rigid. I missed doing the band assisted pullups. No belt and no straps or chalk. Feeling fat because my diet is ridiculous but feeling mechanically healthy.
