Bench Press

Still training in the garage. It was a little colder today and we got a bit of snow. Yuck! The garage was alright with a hoody and space heater.

Light Stretches.

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/8 reps, 255lbs/6 reps, 295lbs/9 reps.

OH Plate Ext - 2 sets/12 reps.

Tire Push Ups - 5 sets/10 reps.


295lbs for nine reps is pretty good. The Tire Push Ups are something I just thought of. They offer a deficit and a good stretch.
