Deload Squats

I really needed to lift today. Squats always make me feel better. Crappy rush hour traffic worsened by Christmas shoppers makes driving terrible. I wasn't grouchy until driving home but after Squats I was cured.

Elliptical - 10 minutes.

Leg Swings and Stretching.

Squats - bar/12 reps,140lbs/5 reps, 175lbs/5 reps, 210lbs/14 reps, 3 sets/10 reps/175lbs.

Elliptical - 15 minutes.

I also stopped and bought some wireless headphones. I'm really looking forward to the tunes.
