Standing Shoulder Press

It's Christmas day and I have been eating like crap lately. So many amazing baked treats. I am a strong man but not that strong. Time to go to the gym to feel better about myself.

Elliptical - 12 minutes.

Light Stretches and Shoulder Mobility.

Standing Shoulder Press - bar/12 reps, 105lbs/6 reps, 120lbs/6 reps, 140lbs/10 reps.


Standing Dumbbell Press - 5 sets/10 reps/45lbs.

Elliptical - 20 minutes.

Feeling festive and feeling good.
