Leg Swings and Stretching.
Deadlifts - 3 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 315lbs/6 reps, 405lbs/3 reps.
Bent Over Rows - 3 sets/10 reps/135, 155, 175lbs.
Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 3 sets/5 reps/225lbs, 3 sets/12 reps/165lbs.
Elliptical - 15 minutes.
A great training day to destroy this cold. Now it's time to eat.
