Pressing in the garage after work. Medium weights. Working on a good pause and dynamic press.

Light Stretches and Shoulder Mobility.

Bench Press - 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/225lbs, 2 sets/6 reps/245lbs, 2sets/6 reps/255lbs.
