Squats

Raining and chilly today. After putting on the heaters I was good to go.

Leg Swings and Stretching.

Squats - 2 sets/12 reps/bar, 2 sets/12 reps/135lbs, 7 sets/6 reps/225lbs.


My right hip joint feels tight but doesn't seem to bother my squat. The rest of me is feeling great.
