Squats - 2 sets/10 reps/bar, 2 sets/8 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/6 reps, 5 sets/7,7,6,6,6 reps/315lbs.
That's it, that's all. Glad I put in some work. My lower back and posterior chain are still trashed from the amazing heavy Deadlifts.
