Heavy Deadlifts

Much better motivation today. All day I've thinking about pulling.

Deadlifts - 2 sets/6 sets/225lbs, 315lbs/3 reps, 405lbs/1 rep, 495lbs/4 reps, 550lbs/2 reps.


Band Assisted Pull Ups - 4 sets/10 reps.

Best Deadlifts in quite a long time. Feeling good and feeling strong.
