Medium Squats

Again not very motivated. I took my time and everything worked out alright.

Leg Swings and Stretching.

Squats - 2 sets/8 reps/bar, 2 sets/8 reps/135lbs, 225lbs/6 reps, 6 sets/6,6,6,6,6,7 reps/315lbs.


Ab Sling Knee Ups - 4 sets/12,12,12,14 reps.

I really worked hard today to finish all six sets. Of course I'll be much better for it. Although I may be pretty sore tomorrow morning. I've been neglecting the core work after Squats lately. Today I made sure I did it. Yah me!!! Oh yes, I almost forgot. That is my wife dancing behind me.
