Medium Squats

Medium weight Squats lately have been giving me grief. Today not so much. Still not great but much better that the last several medium weight squat days.

Leg Swings and Stretching.

Squats - 2 sets/8 reps/bar, 135lbs/8 reps, 225lbs/8 reps, 6 sets/6 reps/315lbs.


Actually the last sets was for nine reps. I thought it was ten. Obviously I can't count. In my defense it was 32.5 degC in the garage and it was my last set. I wasn't thinking straight.


Now my belly is full from a delicious supper and I'm enjoying a few beers and spinning a few records.
