A friend of mine came over today to join me for Bench Press.
Light Stretches.
Bench Press - 135lbs/12 reps, 185lbs, 6 sets/6 reps/275lbs.
Standing Dumbbell Press - 40lbs/12 reps, 2 sets/12 reps/50lbs.
My last set of six was for 11 reps, I failed on the 12th. Not too bad. A pretty good day of training.
